Do Experiment with U

2018.10.18

SENCO communicates with various customers about liquid separation and equipments during daily work and exhibitions from time to time.  Work in Senco for years, we often heard these complians and questions:

Lab A said: "the boiling point of our material is too high to come out. (Frankly speaking, that is also normmaly because of poor vacuum or leakage rate of their equipments as I can think of wink )

Lab B said: "our boiling point of material is ok, BUT problem is it is heat-sensitive, cannot heat over 40C, otherwise, game over.   (oh, I feel sorry for you.)

Lab C said: ours component can come out, we use rectifier column.  The process, oh you know, take long time, is energy consumption, but receiving rate is so so.  Will SPD helps some on the process improvement?

Lab D said: I don't have your problem fellows.  What I am facing is it evaporates too fast to receive!  Most of my solvent goes into my pump!  Hey, do you guys know how to fix a pump?  (Beyond our topic... frown)

Buyer E said: what is after all so good in SENCO(R)?  Its price is much higher than other brands in China!    My boss ask me come and have a personal check.  (oh, welcome dears)

Buyer F said:  My boss said, it is important that product is perfect that can help us to extract what we want.   Hey, can you SENCO guarantee that we'll make it after purchase your equipments? (oh, I am not the god, BUT, in most of case, I have to say, SENCO has more convidence than others cheeky )

A dealer G said, "The system is complicate to me.  I don't know much about it.   Will you offer guidance?  Or a complete set of tech papers, operation manuals, trouble shot flows, etc.?” (Oh, yes we do)

Another dealer H said: “better not break down after purchase, or it can be fixed well in case such thing happens!  I want to deal a brand that has very less post-sales needs! ”

...

I, and my colleagues in SENCO, just thinking, we have free experimental equipment, venue, and absolutely experienced experimenter, let him help you do a free experiment, or to oversea users, can communicate thru emails.  Then what equipment should be used,  how to operate,  how to avoid problems, whether the results can be make out successfully, how good the result will be, whether equipment and configurations are good or not, whether they are easy to use, whether...    Isn't that all for you?

Of course, this kind of good thing, as boss has said, is a public benefit project SENCO offers, so it is free for once for each company.   But won't you try?
